When is the latest I can proceed with a Mediterranean Traditional Mansions Ltd ® reservation?
As long as there is availability showing at the hotel you can book it.
In case when you are checking for online availability doesn’t shows any rates & rooms at the result page, this means that our room allotment has been sold out and we have to contact the hotel and request additional rooms. In order to proceed with your ‘On Request’ booking, we need you to submit a reservation form only you’re your personal details and email address in order to reply you.
Later on in case of booking, we will request your credit card details. Please be advised that your credit card will not be charged until the booking has been confirmed to you and we have received your authorisation to charge your credit card. Depending on the destination, this may take up to maximum 48 hours excluding weekends. Reason for delaying in replying could be due to a public holiday of the Country where the Hotel is located.

I made an 'On Request' booking and received an e-mail from Mediterranean Traditional Mansions Ltd ® Reservation Department advising an alternate hotel. Do I have a room at the alternate hotel?
This means that the hotel you originally requested is unfortunately fully booked and we were unable to get extra rooms. That is why we have secure and propose accommodation in an alternate hotel same location & category. In case you wish to proceed with booking you must revert to us with a confirmation.
What are your booking terms and conditions?

My check-in date is months away. Why should I have to pay by my credit card now?
Our agreements with our hotel partners require payment at the time of confirmation
I need to request a car rental, sightseeing tour or an arrival or departure transfer. Do you offer that type of service as well?
The answer is yes. We offer these type of services and not only. If you wish also a wedding arrangement, an incentive trip or even a conference room, we will be more than glad to assist you.
Can I have an invoice for the services I had through you?

Which Credit Cards you accept?
We accept Diners, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, but unfortunately we do not accept any cash payments direct at the hotel. All bookings require prepayments.
